From the Upstate to the Midlands and over to the PeeDee, we’re rolling out restaurants in South Carolina! We can’t wait to get to know our new guests and join their communities. And here’s where we’re opening soon!

We know South Carolina is famous for its Southern heritage, long-standing traditions, and local foodie scene. So are we! In fact, USA Today has consistently ranked Biscuitville among its 10 best regional fast-food restaurants. Food & Wine magazine named us the “Best Quick-Service Restaurant in North Carolina.” And Nation’s Restaurant News just listed us among their top 10 fast-casual restaurants in the country for customer satisfaction.

At Biscuitville, we know that local has a flavor all its own, especially here in the South. That’s why we source our breakfast ingredients from local and family-owned businesses whenever possible–a couple of which are located right here in South Carolina’s own backyard. Some of our partners have been with us for decades—some, in fact, since the day we opened.

Like you, we’re fans of classic Southern recipes. We make our biscuits from scratch right in front of our guests and bake them fresh every 15 minutes. In fact, we’ve done it that way for over a half-century. We’ve also followed the same, Carolina-born family recipe, using just three ingredients: locally milled flour, buttermilk, and shortening. Once you’ve tasted one of our biscuits, we think you’ll understand why.

We're about time-tested, Southern culinary traditions– so we don’t do instant anything. You won’t find a single microwave in any of our restaurants. And we believe in transparency. Our kitchen is intentionally open, because we take pride in how we do things–which is why we like to say Our Kitchen is Showing®.

The flour in our biscuits is our very own proprietary blend using locally sourced wheat milled by a 5th-generation, family-owned mill in Newton, North Carolina. Our eggs come fresh from farms in western North Carolina and southwestern Virginia. And our 100% naturally raised, antibiotics-free chicken comes from a family business based in Mt. Airy, GA, made up of over 300 family farms in northern Georgia and right here in South Carolina.
