At Biscuitville, we make our biscuits from scratch right in front of you and bake them fresh every 15 minutes. In fact, we’ve done it that way for over a half-century. We’ve also followed the same family recipe, using just three ingredients: locally milled flour, buttermilk, and shortening. Once you’ve tasted one of our biscuits, we think you’ll understand why.
