Our Assistant Managers report directly to our Operators and support them in every aspect of restaurant operations. They help keep the Crew and Shift Leaders focused during peak-volume periods and excel at thinking on their feet to resolve any issues. Like our Operators, they act as mentors to our Crew Members, motivating them to do their best and learn from their mistakes. In fact, each Assistant Manager is capable of running the restaurant in the Operator’s absence. They embrace our company values and know that having fun is critical to our success!

At Biscuitville, we handle all of our own distribution. This makes our Distribution Center in Graham, NC, the crucial hub that ships out all the ingredients and supplies to each of our restaurants.
