Crew Members see them as mentors and inspirational leaders. They plan each shift and make sure the team meets Biscuitville’s high standards. Shift Leaders should have experience in the industry. Assistant Managers report directly to our Operators and support them in every aspect of restaurant operations. They help keep the Crew and Shift Leaders focused during peak-volume periods, and they excel at thinking on their feet to resolve issues. Like our Operators, they act as mentors to our Crew Members, motivating them to do their best and learn from their mistakes. They’re capable of running the restaurant in the Operator’s absence. They embrace our company values and know that having fun is critical to our success.

Our Operators lead and manage their restaurant’s operation, developing a culture that celebrates teamwork and individual growth. They mentor Assistant Managers, coaching them to set their own goals. They follow up to ensure that both guests and team members have a rewarding experience. Operators are good time-managers.
